How It Works
AnomalyGuard automates the monitoring and analysis of business data so that no important change goes unnoticed.
1. Data Source Definition
Administrators define which data sources and metrics the organization wants to monitor — typically sales data, financial indicators, or other key business data. These can come from multiple systems such as data warehouses, CRMs, ERPs, data products, or internal databases.
2. Complex Data as the Foundation
AnomalyGuard is built to handle complex data structures with many categorical dimensions (products, sales channels, regions, customers, sales reps, etc.). Such data cannot be manually or continuously monitored in detail, especially over time.
3. Automated Analysis and Anomaly Detection
At scheduled intervals, the system processes and analyzes the data to detect changes and anomalies across all dimension combinations. The result is a cloud of tens of thousands of detected anomalies.
4. Relevance and Prioritization
From this large set, AnomalyGuard automatically selects the relevant anomalies for each user — based on their role, responsibility, and focus area. Each anomaly is quantified (what happened, where, when, and what the impact was), ranked by predefined priorities, and intelligently aggregated across dimensions.
5. Personalized Insights in Real Time
Each user receives timely, personalized insights on what’s happening, what to review, and what requires action — already sorted by impact. Users can define one or multiple data filters or perspectives according to their interests and responsibilities.
By automating anomaly detection and monitoring, AnomalyGuard ensures nothing in the data is lost or discovered too late. This allows data analysts and engineers to focus on higher–value analytical and strategic tasks instead of routine data checks.
